  1. A metodologia do NTL, bem como suas ferramentas aplicadas em Dinâmica dos Grupos,fazem parte da metodologia da Parceiros-Consulting,em todos seus Programas de Desenvolvimento.
    O Instituto foi fundado em Bethel, Maine, por aquele que é considerado o "pai" da Dinâmica dos Grupos: Kurt Lewin, a partir de experimentos realizados durante a Segunda Guerra Mundial.
    No Brasil, tais princípios e sua aplicabilidade organizacional foram introduzidos por Fela Moscovici, autora de vários livros sobre o tema, imprescindíveis para a compreensão dos processos grupais e consequente facilitação dos mesmos.
